Eligibility for Refunds
Customers may request a refund before attending or accessing their first scheduled live class session.
Once the first live session has been attended, accessed, or delivered, the initial session fee becomes non-refundable due to the delivery of digital educational content and live instruction.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after the first session
Failure to use downloaded materials or community access
Violations of community guidelines or Terms and Conditions
